I was in the rental management business for many years in the Gatlinburg/Pittman Center area. Cabins, chalets, cottages and honeymoon rentals.  All with different settings (mountain views, private /secluded, on the river.) This also gave me experience in the cleaning area of the business.  I managed anywhere from 10 - 30 rentals.   I dealt with guests on a daily basis.  Made cleaning schedules, handled all quality control in the cleaning area and cleaned at times when it was necessary. I stayed in contact with all owners and kept them informed on their rentals.  I contacted the owners with all mechanical problems and handled most repairs for the owners.  

My Business

My business came to life 6 years ago. After working in the rental business in the Gatlinburg/Pittman Center area for many years,I decided it was time to be my own boss.  I thought, "I have the know how and skills so use it to your advantage."

UPDATE:  My Cleaning and Property Management program has grown in 2009.

There are several people to thank and you know who you are.   Could not have done it without you all! Cleanings are scheduled everyday,

except Thanksgiving Day,

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  We are CLOSED.
